Meet Robin
At Brave Body Studio, everything begins with honouring your body’s story — its wisdom, resilience, and the quiet strength that carries you through each season of life.
I’m Robin — Registered Massage Therapist, in good standing with the CMTO, yoga teacher, and founder of Brave Body Studio. I believe your body is not broken; it’s brave. My work blends clinical skill with soulful connection, uniting the science of therapeutic massage with the grounding, restorative essence of yoga and mindful movement.
As a mom of two teens with firsthand experience navigating lymphatic symptoms, I understand how frustrating it can feel when your body feels heavy, swollen, or out of balance. My approach invites you to return home to yourself — to feel seen, supported, and deeply understood.
Through advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from the Toronto Lymphatic Academy, I provide specialized care for those living with lymphatic conditions such as lipedema, lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, and chronic inflammation. I also offer therapeutic massage for those seeking pain relief, improved mobility, and nervous system regulation — treatments that blend precision, compassion, and presence.
In my ongoing commitment to serve the whole person, I’m expanding my knowledge through advanced certifications in Women’s Coaching and Pre- and Post-Menopause Specialization with Girls Gone Strong. These studies deepen my understanding of how a woman’s body, hormones, and nervous system evolve over time — allowing me to support each client with greater empathy, insight, and clinical precision. In early 2026, I will also begin training as a Complete Decongestive Therapist, which will allow me to offer Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy to clients living with lymphedema and related lymphatic conditions
Each session at Brave Body Studio is an invitation — to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild trust with your body. Here, clinical precision meets soulful care. Science supports intuition. Stillness softens pain. Together, we create space for your body to release what it’s been holding and remember its strength. My hope is that you leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected — ready to keep honouring your body’s story with the courage it deserves.
